Welcome to WasherRepairSG. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our washing machine repair services and website.

1. Service Bookings & Diagnoses

By booking a service slot with WasherRepairSG, you agree to allow our technician access to your premises to perform diagnostic checks on your appliance. A diagnostic fee starting from S$55 applies to all visits. This fee is fully waived if you proceed with the recommended repair service quotation.

2. Quotations and Approvals

After performing the diagnostic, the technician will explain the fault and provide a complete price quotation (covering labor and parts). Work will only commence upon your verbal or written approval. If you decline the repair, only the initial diagnostic fee is payable.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be settled immediately upon completion of the repair work. We accept the following payment methods in Singapore:

• PayNow (preferred)
• Cash
• Bank Transfer

Official invoices will be generated and sent via email or WhatsApp once payment is verified.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our technicians take utmost care, WasherRepairSG is not liable for any pre-existing damage, cosmetic degradation, or failures in secondary electronic components not directly touched during the agreed repair. We are not responsible for any water damage or floor damage caused by pre-existing leaks or plumbing problems in your premises.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
